4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
  4. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
