• A brief description of what you expected vs. what happened
• A screenshot if the issue is visual

Response Times

• Bug reports: 24-48 hours
• Feature suggestions: 2-5 days (we review all suggestions but can't implement everything)
• General questions: 24-72 hours
• DMCA / Legal: 48 hours
